Services Provided
PartyPeople provides an online platform that connects customers with local pubs and other venues. We help partyholic people get the proper place to cheer. We connect them with the best pubs around them where they can visit and chill! And for pubs, we are the place to ensure more crowd and recognition through our evaluating system and recommendation to the consumer!
User Accounts
To use the PartyPeople platform, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device.
Minimum Age
PartyPeople does not promote alcohol consumption by individuals under the age of 18. You represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter these terms and conditions. And it’s also for the Pubs so that they don't sell alcohol to people lower than 18 years old. We are a responsible organization and ensure that we only cater to people 21 years old through our connections to pubs.
Bookings
When booking a pub through the PartyPeople platform, you must check it through the pubs. PartyPeople isn’t involved in the booking or anything related to the party you will enjoy in the pubs. We connect consumers with the pub owners, and the rest of the booking, tables, etc., must be done by contacting them PartyPeople isn’t responsible for that.
Payment
You have to pay us to check the party going on around you. We have our extensive evaluation process through which every pub has to go, and then only we offer them the recommendation. So you get the best-in-class experience through us. And that’s why you need to pay a nominal amount! Payment for bookings made through the PartyPeople platform is processed through a secure payment gateway.
Safety
PartyPeople does not take responsibility for your safety while using the platform or visiting any of the venues booked. We have our protected system and don’t promote any 3rd party apps. Liability
PartyPeople is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur due to your use of the platform or your interactions with venues or other users. You agree to indemnify and hold PartyPeople harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your platform use.
