This Cancellation & No-Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding ticket purchases, event bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and exceptional circumstances.By purchasing tickets or booking events through PartyPeople.in, users acknowledge and agree to the policies mentioned below.

• No Refund Policy All ticket purchases and event bookings made through PartyPeople.in are final and non-refundable. Once a ticket is purchased or an event is listed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: Change of plans or personal circumstances. No-show at the event. Late arrival or denied entry due to venue policies.
• Event Cancellations & Rescheduling If an event is canceled by the organizer, attendees will be offered the option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date or a similar event. If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
• Organizer Cancellation Policy Organizers may cancel their event listing at any time, but listing fees and promotional costs are non-refundable.
• Exceptional Circumstances In case of government restrictions, natural disasters, or force majeure events, PartyPeople.in will assess situations on a case-by-case basis, but refunds are not guaranteed. For any concerns, please contact our supoliciesort team at supoliciesort@partypeople.in.
